In my "past life" I was a business administrator, at first in a family business, and finally ending with an exciting 5 years working for a local sports legend. I have not been formally trained but have always been creatively inclined and decided to take a two day wire wrap class. I hated it, but it kindled a spark . With my children grown, and the blessing of my husband, I took the wire and the stones and went off in my own direction. Fortunately for me, it took off.

My reputation seems to focus on the variety and quality of stones that I use. I have been successful in developing a resource of excellent stone cutters. My style of wire wrap focuses on enhancing the beauty of the stone. I am minimalist in my use of wire, and my goal is to use the wire as a means to display the beauty of nature. Each stone tells a story and I look forward to sharing that story with my customers. I personally select each stone and hand set each piece into pendants, bracelets, and earrings. Missing from my repertoire is the ring, but I have been working on a concept that I hope to present in the coming months. My most recent product incorporates hand knitted wire and beautiful stones in pendants and bracelets.

My greatest pleasure is in watching a customer "connect" with their selection but the best part of my journey is working with my parents, my husband and my children in this endeavor. My daughter has begun to make jewelry, beginning the third generation.

What brings customers back? The comment that I hear most often, is the reaction of others when a customer wears their purchase. Each stone tells its own special story and my job is to bring that story to my customers.
